One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to perform high-quality residential installations. You will install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment in homes, ensuring safety and compliance with codes while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Experience installing air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps and related HVAC equipment.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, installation manuals, and technical specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical installation skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to pass background and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems safely and according to manufacturer specs, company standards, and codes.
- Complete system replacements, equipment upgrades, and new installations.
- Properly remove and dispose of existing HVAC equipment when required.
- Ensure systems are connected, tested, and operating correctly before job completion.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation.
