Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Detail-oriented with strong craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems including furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, ductless systems, and IAQ equipment.
• Manage job site preparation, layout, and clean-up.
• Mentor and supervise apprentice or junior installers on-site.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions on the fly.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards.
• Complete system start-ups and customer walkthroughs.
