Job summary

Spurk HVAC is hiring an experienced Lead Commercial HVAC Installation Technician to oversee installation projects across the Pittsburgh area. This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating field crews, reviewing blueprints, and ensuring installations meet design and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Experience leading installation crews or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and installation practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical plans.
• Good coordination and workflow management on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial HVAC installation work on assigned projects.
• Direct and support installers and apprentices in the field.
• Install equipment, ductwork, piping, controls, and related components.
• Review blueprints and project specifications and plan activities.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades and track progress.
