Job summary

Gillette Heating and Air is actively seeking a Residential HVAC New Construction Foreman to lead installation crews on multiple new construction projects in Utah. You will coordinate manpower, schedules, and materials while ensuring on‑time, code‑compliant installations and high craftsmanship.

The role demands strong leadership, field supervision experience, and the ability to mentor Lead Installers, installers, and apprentices to improve performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HVAC installers or construction crews desired
• Strong knowledge of residential rough‑ins, trim‑outs, duct systems and equipment installation
• Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation crews across multiple new construction projects
• Coordinate manpower, priorities, materials, and schedules
• Oversee installations from rough‑in to startup and completion
• Inspect sites for safety, workmanship, and code compliance
• Communicate with builders, superintendents, and project managers
• Coach teammates to improve performance and technical skills
• Uphold company installation procedures and quality standards
