Job summary

GPAC is hiring an HVAC Install Construction Foreman to lead a crew of 1–5 installers and oversee commercial HVAC projects, including heavy retrofits and coordinated work with hydronics, ductwork, VFDs, pumps and controls.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and meeting project schedules under the direction of the General Foreman, with strong leadership and teamwork requirements for long-term growth in commercial mechanical construction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical trade experience.
• 4+ year apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Qualified to test into a Union HVAC Journeyman position.
• Strong leadership, safety & teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 1–5 HVAC installers.
• Oversee HVAC installations and heavy equipment retrofits.
• Work with hydronics, ductwork, VFDs, pumps & controls.
• Coordinate with the General Foreman to meet safety, quality & schedule goals.
