Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• EPA Universal or EPA Type 2 certification is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own residential HVAC installations from kickoff to final walkthrough.
• Install, maintain, and repair furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Ensure every job meets local codes, manufacturer specs, and safety practices.
• Diagnose system issues and resolve them to keep timelines on track.
• Deliver clear, professional customer communication and address questions with care.
• Coach and mentor junior installers and apprentices to raise the team’s standard.
• Record installation details, repairs, and service calls with accuracy.
• Coordinate with teammates to hit schedule commitments and quality targets.
