Dunn’s HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical, a Southern Home Services Company, is seeking a dynamic HVAC Lead Install Technician to oversee installation, upgrades, and replacements in residential homes. You will lead technicians, ensure safety, and maintain high-quality service while mentoring helpers and coordinating with homeowners.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, customer service, and professional communication, with a focus on safe, efficient work and team development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC install experience, preferably in residential market.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Proactive attitude with commitment to high-quality work.
• Exceptional customer service and client need resolution.
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
• Flexible and collaborative in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, upgrade, and replacement of residential HVAC systems.
• Lead a team of technicians on job sites and in the shop.
• Train and mentor Install Helpers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and appliance regulations.
• Maintain organized tools, inventory, and vehicle.
• Interact with homeowners to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle physical tasks including lifting over 50 pounds.
• Perform work safely in varying environments and weather conditions.
