Job summary

Custom Concrete is seeking Foundation Crew Members for our Edinburgh location in Central Indiana. This hands-on role involves building residential foundations, footings, walls, and slabs with training available for newcomers.

You'll work full-time, 45-65 hours per week, with overtime after 40 hours at 1.5x pay. Competitive starting pay of $18–$25 per hour based on concrete experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, PTO and retirement plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor on residential foundation projects.
• Build, erect, and align forms for footings and walls.
• Measure, cut, and install wood boards and aluminum forms.
• Place and secure reinforcing rebar.
• Assist with pouring and leveling concrete.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, mud).

Position Summary

We are seeking hard-working, dedicated individuals to join our team as Foundation Crew Members at our new Edinburgh location. This role is hands-on and involves a variety of tasks related to building residential foundations, including footings, walls, and slabs. No experience? No problem-we're willing to train the right candidates!

Full-time position: typical workweek is 45-65 hours (overtime after 40 hours at 1.5x pay). Competitive hourly pay based on concrete experience: ($18 to $25 starting pay rate)
