Job summary

Comfort Systems USA (southeast), Inc. in Dothan, AL seeks an experienced Electrical Services Manager to drive the electrical business results.

You will oversee teams, ensure safety compliance, mentor technicians, and manage customer relationships to support buying decisions. Responsibilities include directing installations, repairs, and retrofits, coordinating materials and quotes, and monitoring resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate's degree or electrical certificate required.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, dispatching, supervision and performance management.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and provide technicians with technical guidance and support.
• Manage team P&L, service profitability, resources, and growth.
• Serve as direct customer contact to address questions and support buying decisions.
• Oversee installations, repairs, retrofits, and replacements with site evaluations, materials, quotations, schematics and engineering specs.
• Monitor manpower, tools, vehicles, and other resources for efficient use.
• Prepare and organize information for reports, presentations, and special projects.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
