You will mentor electricians, coordinate permitting and utility requirements, and stay active in the field to ensure high-quality, code-compliant results.

The role demands strong leadership, wiring expertise, and the ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and utility partners.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Master Electrician license is required.
• 5+ years of residential electrical experience.
• 3+ years in leadership, supervision, foreman, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and NEC.
• Experience managing larger residential projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential projects from assessment to final completion.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade electrical systems.
• Plan and oversee panel upgrades, service upgrades, and generators.
• Read blueprints and electrical plans; coordinate with permitting and utilities.
• Mentor electricians and apprentices; ensure work meets code and company standards.
