Job summary

TMG USA LLC in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a skilled Master Electrician to lead electrical installations for multifamily renovation projects, ensure safety, code compliance, and quality workmanship.

You will read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, mentor apprentices, coordinate with project managers and trades, and document permits and inspections on site.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and building out the electrical systems for our multifamily renovation projects, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute electrical installations and upgrades for multifamily renovation projects.
• Support the electrical buildout process from planning through project completion.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to coordinate work and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of electrical work, including permits, inspections, and reports.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior electricians and apprentices on site.

Qualifications

• Valid Master Electrician license in the state of Virginia.is preferred
• Proven experience in multifamily residential electrical renovation and buildout.
