Job summary

David Weekley Homes seeks a Residential Construction Superintendent to lead home builds across FL markets. You will oversee the entire construction process from ground-breaking to handover, coordinate trade partners, manage schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential construction from start to finish.
• Ability to schedule, supervise and motivate trade partners while upholding quality, safety and craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with homeowners, vendors and internal teams.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial oversight of home construction from breaking ground to completion, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and cost-efficient delivery.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners through clear communication, meetings, and walkthroughs, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage 30+ subcontractors while maintaining strong relationships and holding teams accountable for quality and safety standards.
• Work closely with Sales, Warranty, and Office Team to deliver a seamless building and closing experience.
• Maintain a professional, clean and organized job site aligned with company and safety standards.
• Monitor budgets to control construction costs and prepare daily, monthly and quarterly reports.
