Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage construction across multiple home sites (15-30 homes).
• Develop and communicate construction schedules to subcontractors.
• Obtain all required inspections by authorities.
• Provide coaching to Superintendents for career development.
• Maintain accurate settlement reporting and budget adherence.
• Review site area figures and ensure quality workmanship.
• Ensure sub-contractor work meets company standards and policies.
• Lead pre-construction meetings with homeowners.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Attend weekly production meetings and participate in 90‑day/annual reviews.
