Job summary

BARC Developmental Services in Bucks County is seeking a Property Management Lead Technician to perform maintenance and repair across our Residential Homes and Production Service facilities, under the supervision of the Property Management Supervisor.

This role covers plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, roofing and masonry at multiple sites and is based at the Quakertown or Warminster locations with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to high school education.
• Three years previous experience in general maintenance required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record required.
• Heavy lifting and ladder work required.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repair services for BARC Residential Homes and Production Service facilities across Bucks County.
• Perform plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, roofing and masonry work at multiple sites.
• Work daytime hours and be based at either Quakertown or Warminster facilities.

Great opportunity to become part of our dynamic team!!** The Property Management Lead Technician, with the leadership of the BARC Developmental Service's Property Management Supervisor, is responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for BARC Residential Homes and Production Service facilities, Located in Bucks County area, including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting, and masonry work at multiple sites.

The Maintenance Technician generally works daytime hours and is based at either BARC's Quakertown or Warminster facility.

Requirements

• Education equivalent to high school education
• Three years previous experience in general maintenance required
• Skills+ Knowledge should include strong experience in major areas of: plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, roofing, masonry work + HVAC
• Valid driver's license with good driving record required
• Good troubleshooting skills needed. Heavy lifting and ladder work required
• Includes Paid snow plowing responsibilities/equipment provided
