About the position...

The Residential Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in the overall maintenance of the residential properties. We are seeking a technician for our Brooks Edge property located in Camp Hill.

• Completing work orders and maintenance projects such as light electrical repairs, plumbing, painting, carpentry, glass, tile, carpet, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, etc.
• Managing stock control and utilization of maintenance materials.
• Preparing apartments prior to resident occupancy.
• Ensuring residents are provided with a clean, safe, and well-maintained community.
• Ability to work on call as assigned.

Requirements...

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Residential Maintenance and/or Construction.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Must possess all necessary tools for service duties.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to follow instructions logically and carry out procedures.
