Qualifications

Ability to apply basic math, fractions, proportions, scales to practical tasks.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards (OSHA).
Self-motivated, organized, and able to communicate clearly on site.

Responsibilities

Rough carpentry framing for new construction and renovations.
Complete window/door replacements, bathroom/kitchen updates, repairs, inspections, and related tasks.
Read and interpret plans, blueprints, sketches, or other drawings to determine materials and dimensions.
Use hand/power tools to modify materials to required measurements.
Install frames, trim, cabinets, floors, doors, and related finishes on interior and exterior.
