Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior on-site representative and liaison with various stakeholders.
• Provide overall management and administration of Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services.
• Direct and supervise project staff including engineers and inspectors.
• Ensure construction activities comply with contract documents and District regulations.
• Conduct progress and coordination meetings with DDOT and contractor personnel.
