Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering.
15–20 years of construction inspection and management experience.
OSHA 30, PTI, ACI and related certifications for structural, bridge work.
NICET, AMPP, TCC, NJSAT certifications preferred.
NJTA project experience preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and management for construction projects.
Maintain comprehensive construction project records.
Oversee interactions with clients and inspection staff on contract changes, payments, and material testing.
Conduct project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Develop monthly progress reports and monthly payments.
