Job summary

Noel Manor Retirement Living in Verona is seeking an In-Charge Resident Assistant to lead shifts, support team communication, and ensure smooth daily operations. The role includes coverage, documentation, and resident care per plan of care.

The position offers a starting hourly rate of $21.00, shift differentials, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff plus eligibility for benefits such as PTO, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) after one year.

Qualifications

• Provide direct resident care per plan of care.
• Document healthcare services per policies and procedures.
• Perform medication reminders or medication management per resident plan of care.
• Assist with shift flow, communication, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Document healthcare services provided in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Perform medication reminders or medication management per resident plan of care.
• Perform resident services per plan of care and as needed.
• Provide the Director of Nursing with information needed to update resident plans of care.
• Respond promptly to all emergency response calls.
• Accompany and transport residents per plan of care within the community and outside as requested.
• Facilitate activities during evenings and weekends as assigned.
• Serve meals during mealtimes as needed.
• Perform wellness checks per plan of care.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents and coworkers.
• Comply with state regulations and company policies.
