Job summary

Noel Manor Retirement Living is seeking a Full-Time Healthcare Coordinator at The Legacy at Noel Manor in Verona, Wisconsin, to support our care team and residents with dignity and compassionate service.

The role focuses on staffing, operations, and ensuring quality resident care. Benefits include PTO, various insurances, and retirement plan, with a weekend shift differential dependent on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Create schedule for caregivers.
• Assist with in-services for staff.
• Assist with completing staff reviews.
• Maintain adequate staffing by assisting with recruiting, hiring, terminating, and supervising, all on-site staff according to their individual job descriptions, along with supervisors.
• Assist with training each new employee, thoroughly, in his/her duties and in the Policies and Procedures, as they relate to their position.
• Assure quality customer service and performance is achieved by caregivers.
• Be responsible for having the MAR prepared, accurately, monthly and as needed for DON approval and review.
• Document tasks accurately which have been delegated by DON according to State Regulations and Nurse Practice Act.
• Be responsible for all medication reminders and administrations delegated from Registered Nurse/DON.
• Give input on assessments and service plans for all current residents as required by company policies.
• Report any resident health concerns to DON/Registered Nurse.
• Attend all mandatory meetings.
• Attend/conduct bi-weekly staff in-services and weekly manager meetings.
• Be a team player and perform various other duties as may be requested, within your scope of knowledge, by the Director.
• Work with DON to assure that appropriate medical information is relayed between shifts.
• Fill in for Resident Associates/Caregivers, when needed.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Comply with all regulations as they apply to assisted living.
