Job summary

Noel Manor Retirement Living in Verona is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our dedicated team. We offer Part-Time and Full-Time roles with consistent hours and a supportive workplace where residents, families, and staff matter.

Responsibilities include answering calls, directing visitors, managing front desk voicemail, taking messages, and assisting other departments as needed. Base wages: Part-Time $14.50/hr plus $1.50 weekend differential; Full-Time $16.00/hr.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls courteously and professionally
• Answer all incoming door rings and direct visitors
• Check building / front desk voicemail daily and relay messages
• Take appropriate messages from callers/families/residents – date/time, from, to, message, callback number, etc.
• Assist Culinary Department with serving meals as needed
• Assist Activities Department as needed
• Assist in organization of office area – check office supplies, report items needing to be reordered, unpack supplies and restock
• Manage sign in/out for residents and guests (ensuring screening is complete)
• Deliver all packages / mail at front desk area/front vestibule to resident rooms
• Perform clerical duties as requested – photocopying, faxing, filing, collating, mailing
