Job summary

Noel Manor Retirement Living in Verona is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to join our caring team. Base wage starts at $20.00 per hour with additional shift DIFFERENTIALS and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions.

Part-time roles include a $1,000 sign-on bonus and similar shift incentives for evenings, nights, and weekends. Benefits include PTO, medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and a 401k after one year.

• Resident Assistant must provide care per ISP (Plan of Care).
• Ability to report changes to DON and respond to emergencies.
• Adequate communication and teamwork with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Document resident cares per ISP.
• Report changes to DON.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls.
• Facilitate weekend/evening activities as needed.
• Assist with meals and feeding.
• Perform cleaning and laundry duties as necessary.
• Fill in for open shifts as required.
• Monitor vital signs per ISP.

RESIDENT ASSISTANT BASE WAGE: Up to $23.00 per hour plus SIGN ON BONUS

• $2000 SIGN ON BONUS FULL-TIME RESIDENT ASSISTANT
• $1000 SIGN ON BONUS PART-TIME RESIDENT ASSISTANT

• Start at $20.00 per hour
• PM Shift Differential $1.50 / hour
• NOC Shift Differential $1.00 / hour
• Weekend Shift Differential is additional $1.50 / hour

RESIDENT ASSISTANT ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Resident Assistant will perform and document resident cares and services according to ISP (Plan of Care) per policies
• Report changes of conditions and variations of resident care to DON (Director of Nursing)
• Resident Assistant should respond promptly to all emergency response calls and take appropriate action
• Facilitate activities on the weekends and in the evenings as required
• Serve meals/feed residents during mealtimes as required
• Perform cleaning and laundry duties as necessary
• Fill in for open shifts as necessary
• Resident Assistant will perform and document vital sign monitoring per ISP (Plan of Care)
• Answer and respond to all resident calls/alarms
• Resident Assistant will perform and document medication reminders or management per resident ISP (Plan of Care) and current training and delegations (Oral, Nasal, Topical, Transdermal, Ophthalmic, Vaginal, Rectal, Subcutaneous, etc.)
