A nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing military medicine is seeking a Research Scientist to lead and develop projects focused on Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) research. The ideal candidate will possess a doctoral degree and have clinical TBI research experience. Responsibilities include overseeing laboratory research, securing funding, and producing manuscripts for scientific journals. Position is contingent upon contract award, offering a competitive salary between $88,600 and $140,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have clinical TBI research experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of clinical research experience required.
• Prior experience within the DoD/VA systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and supervise research projects.
• Formulates experimental hypotheses and designs protocols.
• Monitors scientific literature and prepares reports.
