Charles River Laboratories is seeking an experienced Research Analyst II to serve as lead technician for multiple studies, developing and performing laboratory procedures while guiding less experienced staff. The role emphasizes GLP-compliant data collection, coordination of study activities, and collaboration with scientific teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing study notebooks, data documentation, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and study protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a laboratory science or related discipline is required.
• Two to four years of related experience in biology, chemistry/pharmacy, or similar lab environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of GLPs and working with data collection equipment is expected.

Responsabilités

• Lead technician on assigned studies, coordinating study procedures.
• Review peers' activities and documentation for study compliance.
• Prepare, conduct, and oversee technical activities with scientific staff.
• Manage study timelines and resources with supervision.
