Job summary

Charles River is seeking a Research Analyst I to participate in all aspects of studies supporting bioanalysis of drug molecules across matrices. The role is hands-on and requires teamwork, data quality, and speed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include preparing samples, operating analytical instrumentation with guidance, and ensuring accurate data records. A Bachelor's in a scientific field is required, with preferred lab experience in pharma or contract labs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline required or equivalent.
• Related laboratory experience preferred in pharma/contract lab.
• Proficiency with standard software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and with laboratory calculations.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform routine procedures for sample preparation.
• Use analytical instrumentation with guidance from senior staff.
• Identify and report difficulties with sample preparation.
• Ensure raw data records are accurate and properly organized.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
