Job summary

PTAG Inc. in Houston, TX invites a seasoned Lead Reporting Manager to shape the program-wide reporting framework for a major midstream pipeline capital program.

You will lead executive reporting to Program Leadership and Steering Committee, standardize reporting across controls, engineering, construction, and commercial teams, and develop Power BI dashboards delivering actionable insights. We are seeking a Lead Reporting Manager to support our growing team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will develop and manage the overall reporting strategy for a major midstream pipeline capital program, ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely reporting across multiple projects and workstreams while providing executive leadership with meaningful performance insights to support decision making. You will establish reporting standards, oversee dashboard development, integrate data from multiple business systems, and lead a team responsible for program reporting.

Role & Responsibilities In this role, you will:
  • Develop and maintain the program-wide reporting framework.
  • Lead executive reporting for Program Leadership and Steering Committee meetings.
  • Standardize reporting across Project Controls, Engineering, Construction, Commercial, Risk, and Document Controls.
  • Develop and oversee Power BI dashboards and executive scorecards.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across reporting sources.
  • Coordinate reporting requirements with functional leads.
  • Analyze program trends, KPIs, forecasts, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for reporting processes.
  • Manage reporting calendars and governance.
  • Mentor reporting analysts and business analysts.
Qualifications / Requirements To succeed in this role, you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Finance, or a related field, with
  • 12+ years supporting major capital projects, including 8+ years leading program or project reporting.
  • Midstream pipeline or oil & gas experience within owner organizations on large capital programs.
  • Advanced Power BI expertise, with experience integrating multiple project data sources into executive-level reporting.
  • Proven experience managing reporting teams, with strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Program-level reporting experience on programs exceeding $1B (Preferred).
  • Familiarity with EcoSys, SAP, Primavera P6, or similar enterprise systems (Preferred).
  • Project Controls background, PMP certification, or change management exposure (Preferred).
Location & Work Model
  • Primary location: Houston, TX
  • Work schedule: Hybrid or onsite (per program requirements)
  • Travel: Limited site travel to US facilities locations may be required
