Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the development, integration, governance, and analysis of the program schedule for the US facilities scope of the program.
Schedule Development & Integration
- Develop and maintain integrated Level 1 through Level 4 schedules using Primavera P6
- Integrate contractor schedules into the master program schedule
- Develop and maintain baseline schedules for US facilities work packages
- Integrate engineering, procurement, and construction milestones across the facilities scope
Schedule Analysis & Governance
- Perform critical path and float analysis to identify schedule risk and support decision-making
- Conduct schedule variance analysis and progress measurement
- Support delay analysis, time impact analysis, and recovery planning as required
- Lead schedule risk analysis in coordination with the program risk function
- Establish and maintain scheduling governance and standards across contractors
Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination
- Prepare executive-level schedule reporting for program and client leadership
- Coordinate with project controls, engineering, procurement, and construction leads to maintain schedule integrity
- Support governance meetings and performance reviews related to schedule status
Qualifications / Requirements
- Pipeline, midstream, or linear infrastructure scheduling experience strongly
- Experience with facilities scope (pump stations, compressor stations, metering stations, terminals)
- Experience within Owner, EPC, EPCM, or consulting environments
- Significant experience in planning and scheduling on major capital projects, with a focus on program-level schedule leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including Level 1–4 schedule development and integration
- Demonstrated experience with critical path analysis, float analysis, schedule variance analysis, and progress measurement
- Experience integrating multi-contractor schedules on large capital programs
- Working understanding of the project lifecycle: concept development, front-end planning, FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, and closeout
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with TILOS or similar linear scheduling tools considered an asset
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PSP) considered an asset
Mandatory Experience Alignment (Non-Negotiable)
- Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency, including multi-contractor schedule integration
- Major capital project scheduling experience at a program or lead level
Candidates without demonstrated Primavera P6 leadership on major capital projects will not be considered.

- Work schedule: Hybrid or onsite (per program requirements)
- Travel: Limited site travel to US facilities locations may be required
