Job summary

PTAG Inc. in Houston, TX invites a seasoned Lead Reporting Manager to shape the program-wide reporting framework for a major midstream pipeline capital program.

You will lead executive reporting to Program Leadership and Steering Committee, standardize reporting across controls, engineering, construction, and commercial teams, and develop Power BI dashboards delivering actionable insights. You'll mentor reporting analysts, manage calendars and governance, and partner with functional leads to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 12+ years of experience on major capital projects.
• 8+ years leading program or project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the program-wide reporting framework.
• Lead executive reporting for Program Leadership and Steering Committee meetings.
• Standardize reporting across Project Controls, Engineering, Construction, Commercial, Risk, and Document Controls.
• Develop and oversee Power BI dashboards and executive scorecards.
• Mentor reporting analysts and business analysts.
