Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services is seeking a Manager of Reporting & Integration to lead the development and delivery of reporting and data integration across clinical, claims, and operational systems.

Reporting analysts and data integration staff will report to you; you'll ensure data quality, governance, and timely regulatory and contractual reporting, while aligning work with CBH priorities and cross‑functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing reporting, analytics, or data integration teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare or behavioral health data, including claims, clinical, and operational datasets.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to data accuracy, transparency, and high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting, BI dashboards, and analytics products.
• Oversee data integration initiatives, including ETL processes, system interoperability, and data quality validation.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of regulatory, contractual, and operational reporting requirements.
• Manage and mentor reporting analysts, data integration specialists, and project staff.
• Establish and enforce reporting standards, data definitions, and documentation practices.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, quality, operations, and provider network teams to support data needs.
• Monitor data quality, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Prioritize and manage reporting requests, ensuring alignment with CBH goals.
• Contribute to data governance activities, including metadata management and data stewardship.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise for system upgrades, new data sources, and integration projects.
