Job summary

Conifer Health Solutions is seeking a BI Analyst to develop and streamline business performance reports that inform operational Product Lines. You will lead projects across revenue cycle reporting and client integration reporting, communicating findings to Product Line leaders to drive performance improvements.

You will mentor junior analysts, ensure data integrity, and contribute to cross-functional reporting initiatives with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree in Business, Accounting, IS, Engineering OR 7+ years of related experience.
• Healthcare experience.
• 2 years experience working with ETL technology.

Responsibilities

• Independently determine reporting requirements across product lines and resolve issues with reporting tools.
• Create efficiencies in data retrieval and ensure proper documentation of reports.
• Interpret data and present trends to leaders to drive actionable insights.
• Perform adhoc reporting with high complexity.
• Serve as SME for multiple product lines and lead related projects.
• Manage expectations to ensure timely delivery of reports to clients and stakeholders.
