Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks aSenior Data & Reporting Professional to support the Michigan Integrated LTSS program through advanced analytics, reporting, and data management.

You will transform complex clinical, operational, quality, and financial data into actionable insights for oversight, quality improvement and executive decision-making. The role partners with LTSS teams to monitor performance, develop dashboards, validate data from multiple systems, and produce recurring and ad hoc reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, healthcare administration, public health, information systems, statistics, computer science, data analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare analytics, reporting, managed care, population health, Medicaid, or related experience.
• Experience with large, complex healthcare datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills including dashboard development, data modeling, and advanced reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational, clinical, quality, compliance, and executive dashboards for MI LTSS.
• Integrate and validate data from multiple systems (care management, quality tools, provider networks, claims, assessments, regulatory sources).
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports supporting performance and compliance initiatives.
• Monitor LTSS indicators (HRA, InterRAI, NFLOCD, PCSP, ICT, HCBS utilization).
• Support compliance and performance reporting tools and state audits.
