Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Data & Reporting Professional to support the MI LTSS program through advanced analytics, dashboards, performance monitoring, and regulatory reporting.

You will transform complex clinical, operational, quality, and financial data into actionable insights for oversight and executive decision-making. You will partner with LTSS leadership to monitor performance, develop reports, and identify opportunities for improvement while working remotely with a 40-hour schedule and

Qualifications

Five or more years in healthcare analytics, reporting, or related field.
Experience with large, complex healthcare datasets.
Advanced Excel skills for dashboards and data modeling.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain operational, clinical, quality, compliance, and executive dashboards.
Integrate data from multiple systems and ensure data validity.
Create recurring and ad hoc reports to support performance and compliance.
Monitor LTSS performance indicators and contract requirements.
Prepare executive summaries and strategic recommendations.
Support state audits and regulatory inquiries with data analysis.
