Job summary

Fleet Farm seeks a Replenishment Team Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, train staff, and ensure merchandise is stocked according to priorities. You will coordinate with Logistics for process improvements and manage shifts while maintaining a clean receiving area in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail logistics, forklift certification, and proven leadership abilities to motivate a diverse team of full- and part-time members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in retail logistics or warehouse roles preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities in fast-changing environments.
• Ability to direct and motivate a diverse team including full-time and part-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the Replenishment Team.
• Plan and prioritize daily activities, assign tasks.
• Ensure down stocking of products based on sales priority.
• Process generated pick lists from merchandise scans.
• Maintain a clean, organized receiving area and backstock.
• Collaborate with Logistics Manager to implement process improvements.
• Notify Leads or Management regarding out-of-stock or fast selling merchandise.
• Assist Logistics and Yard Team as needed based on business needs.
• Return carts and recover work areas to standards by end of shift.
