Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Logistics Team Lead to supervise the team and ensure inbound freight is broken down, sorted, and stocked on the floor within 24 hours. You will train staff, plan daily activities, and coordinate with the Replenishment Team to maintain stock integrity and store presentation.

The role requires leadership skills, flexibility to work various shifts, forklift certification (preferred), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of retail logistics or warehouse experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the Logistics Team.
• Plan and prioritize the Logistics Team’s daily activities and assign tasks.
• Ensure all freight is processed and stocked within 24 hours of receipt.
• Maintain Fleet Farm presentation standards on the sales floor.
• Coordinate processing of excess merchandise with Replenishment Team.
• Collaborate with Logistics Manager to implement process improvements.
• Assist in picking BOPIS and preparing PPS orders.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and credit card initiatives.
