Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on server repair technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot computer systems, assemble, build, test, and document new products, ensuring they meet company standards.

Candidates should have solid knowledge of computer hardware, experience with assembling systems, strong communication, and the ability to work well in a team.

• Server/Computer repair technicians troubleshoot computer systems and install additional software. Evaluate reliability, compatibility and functionality of server products
• Build, test, and troubleshoot all new products.
• Test, Benchmark and document all findings for new products.
• Ensures finished products meet company standards.

Requirements

• Have a good knowledge and understanding of computer hardware
• Experience in assembling computer systems
• Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards will be a plus
• Good communication skills, including both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to effectively work within a team environment
