Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a detail‑oriented server/repair technician to join a fast‑paced hardware team. You will troubleshoot computer systems, build and test new products, and document findings to ensure reliability and quality.

The role emphasizes collaboration with production and engineering to meet tight schedules. Candidates should understand computer hardware, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate clearly in writing and speech.

Qualifications

• Have a good knowledge and understanding of computer hardware.
• Experience in assembling computer systems.
• Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards will be a plus.
• Good communication skills, including both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to effectively work within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate reliability, compatibility and functionality of server products
• Build, test, and troubleshoot all new products.
• Test, Benchmark and document all findings for new products.
