Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Repair Order Management team lead to drive repair planning for domestic service centers, oversee order execution, and align cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery performance. You will remove roadblocks, define priorities, and ensure the team has the structure and tools to execute consistently.

Strong leadership, ERP proficiency, and experience in industrial service are essential. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in supply chain, business, engineering, operations or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in repair planning, warehouse, order management, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related industrial service environment.
• Prior experience leading people, coordinating team workload, or providing functional leadership in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, with the ability to use data to manage priorities and support decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, lead through change, resolve complex issues, and build effective partnerships across functions.
• Experience supporting gas turbine, rotating equipment, repair, aftermarket parts, or industrial service operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide a team responsible for repair order management activities, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and performance expectations.
• Oversee repair order execution from demand intake through completion, coordinating with operations, procurement, logistics, engineering, warehouse, logistics, suppliers, and customer-facing teams.
• Monitor workload, schedule adherence, material readiness, repair planning milestones, and delivery commitments to identify risks and drive timely escalation.
• Drive process discipline, standard work, data quality, and continuous improvement across repair planning and order management workflows.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to balance customer requirements, operational capacity, material availability, and business priorities.
• Support team performance reporting, issue resolution, talent development, cross-training, and succession planning within the function.
