Job summary

Kelley Dental Laboratory in New Albany, IN, is seeking an experienced Removable Department Lead / Senior Denture Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on bench role with leadership responsibilities, guiding workflow, maintaining quality, and supporting department development.

You’ll complete high-quality full and partial denture work, troubleshoot complex cases, train and mentor other technicians, and communicate with doctors and our customer service team on technical needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on bench experience with denture fabrication.
• Leadership or team supervision experience in a dental lab.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex cases and guide workflow.
• Experience with implant-supported removables and digital denture workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete high-quality full and partial denture work, including setups, processing, and finishing.
• Troubleshoot complex cases and provide technical guidance.
• Help organize workflow and maintain quality and turnaround standards.
• Train, mentor, and support other removable technicians.
• Communicate with doctors and our customer service team on technical case needs.
• Work with leadership to evaluate workflow, equipment, and staffing needs.
