Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with partial dentures.
• Advanced knowledge of partial denture design, fabrication and troubleshooting.
• Experience with complex removable and implant‑supported restorations.
• Analog and digital design experience preferred but not required.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead the partial denture department.
• Organize daily production and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Produce and oversee complex, high-quality partial denture cases.
• Review case designs and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Ensure cases meet quality, fit, function and esthetics standards.
• Train technicians and cross-train to strengthen capabilities.
• Troubleshoot technical and design-related challenges.
• Communicate with doctors and customers regarding case planning and design.
• Provide responsive, professional customer service.
• Help maintain a collaborative, well-organized, and accountable department.
