Job summary

Kelley Dental Laboratory in New Albany, IN, is seeking an experienced Removable Department Lead / Senior Denture Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on bench role with leadership responsibilities, guiding workflow, maintaining quality, and supporting department development.

You’ll complete high-quality full and partial denture work, troubleshoot complex cases, train and mentor other technicians, and communicate with doctors and our customer service team on technical needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on bench experience with denture fabrication.
• Leadership or team supervision experience in a dental lab.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex cases and guide workflow.
• Experience with implant-supported removables and digital denture workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

Removable Department Lead / Senior Denture Technician

Kelley Dental Laboratory is looking for an experienced Removable Department Lead / Senior Denture Technician to join our team.

For nearly 50 years, Kelley Dental has built its reputation around Personalized Service, Experience, and Leading-Edge Technology. We’re looking for a skilled removable technician who takes pride in quality work and is ready to take a leadership role in our removable department.

This is a hands-on bench position with leadership responsibility. You’ll work alongside the team while helping guide workflow, maintain quality standards, troubleshoot cases, and support the continued development of the department.

What You’ll Do
