Job summary

Dental Metrics Maven in South Jersey is seeking a Denture Technician / Lead Removable Technician to handle full denture production from start to finish in a hands-on, on-site role.

The ideal candidate has strong analog denture skills and can work independently with minimal supervision, guiding the removable department while collaborating with a small team. Digital denture experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong analog denture skills and ability to complete dentures start to finish.
• Experience with denture setups, processing, finishing, polishing, and repairs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in a small team environment; reliable and detail-oriented.
• Partial dentures experience preferred; digital denture knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish.
• Perform denture setups, processing, finishing, and polishing.
• Complete denture repairs, relines, tooth additions, and related removable work.
• Read and interpret prescriptions, models, and case instructions.
• Ensure proper occlusion, fit, function, and esthetics.
• Manage daily denture workflow with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with other technicians and support staff to keep cases moving.
• Perform same-day denture repairs when needed.
• Work with patients in the lab setting for repairs or adjustments.
• Assist with expanding removable services, including chairside conversions, if experienced.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure completed work meets clinical expectations.
• Keep an organized, clean, and efficient workstation.
