Qualifications

• Five years of experience in an Information Technology Security Role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or relevant field; in lieu of a degree, six additional years of experience.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with ability to balance stakeholder interests.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders inside and outside of the Organization.
• Experience with enterprise security components and related technologies listed above.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security architecture principles and standards aligned to organizational strategy.
• Drive adoption and compliance of security standards across development and infrastructure teams.
• Create functional and technical security requirements and oversee them through the project lifecycle.
• Execute risk management strategy with key stakeholders including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Perform risk-based assessments of solutions and vendors.
• Provide security consultation including design reviews and recommendations for various projects.
• Offer hands-on support for technologies owned by Security and Risk Department.
• Foster collaborative relationships to manage Information Security risks across the organization.
• Develop processes, standards and templates for risk management and information protection.
