Job summary

Cindavi is hiring a Hydraulics Systems Designer to own hydraulic systems and test circuits behind critical factory equipment. You will drive in-house design work, upgrade machines across plants, and accelerate project timelines with strong ownership from concept to completion.

The role sits within a collaborative engineering team; you will work with mechanical, controls, and electrical disciplines to deliver integrated solutions and strong accountability.

Qualifications

• At least five years designing hydraulic equipment for manufacturing, industrial, or factory environments.
• Hands-on CAD experience; SolidWorks preferred and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong AutoCAD experience creating and interpreting hydraulic drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, coordinate stakeholders, and move work to completion.
• Degree is not required when supported by hands-on experience and technical capability.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and development of hydraulic systems and test circuits for industrial equipment.
• Create clear hydraulic drawings and design documentation to support build, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Lead hydraulic-focused projects from requirements through execution and completion.
• Partner with mechanical, controls, and electrical engineers to deliver integrated machine solutions.
• Support hydraulic upgrades at plants and help ensure projects are delivered on time with strong ownership.
