Cindavi is seeking a Hydraulics Systems Designer to own the hydraulic systems and test circuits behind critical factory equipment, with a remote Midwest work arrangement. You will lead hydraulic projects from concept through completion, collaborating with mechanical, controls, and electrical teams to deliver integrated machine solutions.

This role combines hands-on design with visible impact across multiple plants.

Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years designing hydraulic equipment for manufacturing or factory environments.
• Hands-on CAD experience; SolidWorks preferred and willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong AutoCAD experience creating and interpreting hydraulic drawings.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate technical stakeholders to keep work moving.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and development of hydraulic systems and test circuits for factory equipment.
• Create clear hydraulic drawings and design documentation to support builds and upgrades.
• Lead hydraulic projects from requirements through execution and completion.
• Collaborate with mechanical, controls, and electrical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support hydraulic upgrades at plants with strong ownership and minimal supervision.
