Job summary
Solstice Advanced Materials seeks a Lead Reliability Engineer and Area Leader for Utilities & Solvent Recovery in Virginia. You will lead a team of engineers, maintenance coordinators, supervisors and hourly technicians to ensure safe, reliable operation of boilers, chillers, HVAC, and solvent recovery systems to support production.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering and leadership experience in manufacturing or an industrial setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, reliability engineering or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in reliability/maintenance engineering or industrial operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain reliability strategies for critical production and utility assets.
- Identify bad actors and recurring equipment failures and develop sustainable corrective actions.
- Utilize reliability data, downtime and maintenance metrics to identify improvements and reduce production downtime.
- Provide engineering support for equipment modifications, replacements and capital projects.
- Serve as the Area Leader for Utilities & Solvent Recovery department.
- Lead Maintenance Coordinators, area Supervisors and Process Engineers.
- Provide technical/leadership oversight for site utility infrastructure and emission controls.
