EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to oversee the release lifecycle for native mobile apps (iOS and Android) and supporting backend services. You will drive high-quality releases, facilitate readiness reviews, and coordinate with Product, Eng, QA, and Ops teams.

You will manage feature flags, ensure deployment readiness, and support incidents related to deployments and releases across global teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing mobile release lifecycles for iOS and Android.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with proactive stakeholder management.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Proficiency in Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions and/or CircleCI.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Experience with feature flag management in production environments.

Responsabilidades

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Lead DevOps Engineer to oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle of native mobile applications (iOS and Android) and supporting backend services.
