Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Licensed Professional Engineer.
- 7+ years of professional engineering experience; knowledge of engineering designs, principles and practices.
- Knowledge of applicable standards, codes, methods and practices in areas of expertise.
- Master's degree reduces required OJT by 1 year; PE license may reduce experience; real-world engineering experience emphasized.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform assignments in specialized areas requiring extensive engineering expertise.
- Lead projects with significant financial and operational impact; may include field testing and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement projects; write documentation deliverables and plans; provide mentorship and guidance.
- Act as expert in specialized area; participate in committees to advance new technologies.
