Qualifications

• 2-year Associates degree or equivalent plus 5 years in electronics manufacturing.
• 2+ years supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with staff and management.
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily assembly activities of production staff.
• Develop and coach production team members.
• Coordinate production planning and ensure inventory targets.
• Ensure GMP compliance and document control.
