Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies is hiring a Production Line Trainer in Minnesota to train Medical Device Assemblers on all assembly processes and skills. You will ensure SOPs and WI compliance and support LMS integration, focusing on quality and efficiency across lines.

Responsibilities include delivering training, coaching for quality/productivity, conducting audits, maintaining training metrics, and collaborating with Manufacturing Engineers and Supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Electro/mechanical medical device assembly experience.
• Proficient in the use of mechanical assembly tools.
• Cross-trained in majority of ACIST assembly and test processes to provide flexibility in managing the workforce and workflow.
• Advanced level of computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MRP Systems and database systems.
• Knowledge of GMPs, ISO regulations, and Quality Systems as it pertains to hardware manufacturing at Medical Device Manufacturers.
• Demonstrated ability to follow manufacturing processes including problem solving.
• The ability to maintain accurate documentation (e.g., record traceability information onto routers, and transact materials online).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to maintaining positive interpersonal relationships and foster cooperation within and outside the department.
• The physical ability to lift and package assemblies up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Training and delivering employee training to production operators to ensure procedures are followed and meet quality requirements.
• Coaching employees to achieve maximum quality and productivity and ensure procedures are followed.
• Escalating non-compliance issues to Production Supervisor.
• Report on progress of trainees to the production supervisor and management.
• Conduct routine training audits to identify training gaps and retraining to correct deficiencies.
• Create, implement and maintain a training matrix for production lines.
• Integrate training plans within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Complete all training documentation timely and accurately including post-training follow-up.
• Assist in developing training metrics and KPI collection to drive performance improvements.
• Observe and audit work to propose changes to processes or documentation that enhance production while contributing to safety, quality, and cost.
