Job summary

Covista is hiring a Lead, Registrar Services Representative to manage transcript evaluations, graduation audits, and records reviews, supporting student registration and institutional partnerships. The role oversees daily tasks within Registrar Services and provides guidance to team members.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, while mentoring staff and driving process improvements in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong customer service experience preferred in academic or professional setting.
• 1+ year experience mentoring, coaching, and giving feedback.
• Subject Matter Expert on institutional policies and procedures.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with institutional partners.
• Ability to work autonomously while engaging a high-performing team and leadership.
• Proven ability to set deadlines and achieve goals.
• Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to leadership.
• Flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Develops and assigns daily game plan to an assigned Registrar Services team.
• Manages a daily case load of a minimum productivity expectation of 50%.
• Reports on Registrar Services productivity and analyzes data to seek performance trends and improvements
• Reports on Registrar Services service levels and seeks to continually improve service to institutional partners.
• Provides mentoring and coaching to Registrar Services Representatives based on colleague productivity and performance.
• Continually seeks to identify procedural improvements and supports the implementation of identified opportunities.
• Develops and delivers, with the support of Senior Registrar Services Representatives, departmental training with a high level of subject matter expertise
• Serves as a point-of-contact to institutional partners and supports the resolution of escalated matters.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
